Fish Teether The teething ring is made from EVAtane (Ethylenvinylacetat) a material mainly used for medical products. It is free from phthalates, free from PVC, free from silicone and free from Bisphenol-A. And it is filled with sterilized water. The teethers comply with the European standard EN71 EVA is widely accepted as safe for use in teethers. It does not require a plasticizer to obtain its flexibility, making it bisphenol-a and phthalate free. The Center for Health, Environment and Justice (CEHJ) recommends EVA as a safer PVC-free plastic alternative.
